Shipping/Return

 We thank you for shopping with Luxe the Label L.L.C

Please make sure your billing and shipping address are the same. Make sure your billing address is associated with the card you use at check out. If your card addresses don’t match your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction due to a failed payment attempt it will fall off and it will show because you made an attempt to make a transaction.

Processing/shipping/handling

PROCESSING will take 3-5 business days. Processing occurs Monday-Saturday. For in stock items we have next day shipping. If an order is placed on Friday after 1PM it will be processed the next business day(Monday). If items are NOT in stock, processing can take up to 7 days.It is our desire to deliver your hair as soon as possible.

Domestic express shipping 2-3 days depending on location

Domestic regular shipping is 5-7 business days

International shipping is 7-10 business days

All packages are delivered through USPS and UPS

Tracking number updates

Once you receive a tracking email, the shipping information will become available within 24 hrs or less. You can find your tracking number in your email from Luxe the Label. If you don’t see it in your mailbox please check your spam. If no luck there please do not hesitate to reach our customer service email us at luxethelabel.23@gmail.com

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do accept returns as long as the hair is unused, tags are still intact, or untampered with,  within a week (7days) from the package being delivered. We hope for each customer to love their hair. But however if a return or exchange is needed we will be glad to accommodate your every desire. All returns must be shipped back in its original packaging or you may not get issued a refund. IF THE HAIR IS ALTERED IN ANY WAY WE WILL RETURN THE HAIR BACK TO YOU.

Receiving refunds

Once we process your refund such as inspection and confirm that products have not been tampered with and everything is intact, excluding shipping cost, a refund will be returned to your original payment method. A refund takes about 3-5 days.
